This is a collection of images and movies related to LEGEND. Some of these are really old, from back when Day used to star in my first fantasy manuscript, so hence the occasional fantasy-esque outfit he's wearing. :) Hope you enjoy!

Create your own Legend character! (This is the female version. Male version coming soon. :) ) A parkour game starring Day. Help him escape the Republic's soldiers! A teaser trailer for LEGEND. Music by Kevin Macleod.
An intro movie trailer for the LEGEND Facebook app. This gives a basic summary of the world of LEGEND. Music by Kevin Macleod. This is actually a really old Flash animation I made. :) A cut scene starring Day and, I think, June.

S O U N D T R A C K

This is a compilation of the music I think most fits the world and story of LEGEND, at least in my head. I listened to a lot of these on permanent replay while writing the first book in the series. (As you can see, I'm a big soundtrack person.)

Army of Me by Bjork (click to buy it): This song is downright badass (then again, most of Bjork's music is pretty badass). Just listen to those opening beats. Orgasmic. I can close my eyes to this song and immediately picture Legend's dark landscape.
Heart of Courage by Two Steps From Hell (click to buy it): TSFH is another trailer music studio in LA, and probably my favorite. They made trailer music for movies like Narnia. Heart of Courage is my favorite of the tracks and I can see Legend scenes happening to this. (And look--it's even from an album called "Legend"!)
If You're Out There by John Legend (click to buy it): This probably fits Book 2 a little better than Book 1, but nevertheless, the lyrics are perfect.
Run This Town by Rihanna & Jay-Z (click to buy it): Hey--I like my share of pop/rap too. This one has that sort of rebel kick to it, and I always thought the beat fit well with Legend's world. :)
Hero by Skillet (click to buy it): Someone on deviantArt recommended Skillet to me after I'd already finished writing Legend, but the music's so fitting that I decided to put it on this list anyway.
Awake and Alive by Skillet (click to buy it): Careful, this one has a loud opening. Another one from Skillet with fitting lyrics for Legend!
My Name Is Lincoln (The Island soundtrack) by Steve Jablonsky (click to buy it): Steve Jablonsky can do no wrong. You may recognize this from the Avatar (James Cameron) trailers too, but remember, it was in The Island's ending sequence first. So uplifting. Makes me bawl every time.
Surface of the Sun (Sunshine soundtrack) by John Murphy (click to buy it): Another super-uplifting piece from a movie I loved. (Yeah I know, the science in Sunshine didn't make a lick of sense but I loved the effects, the whole sun motif, and, well, I have a weakness for space stuff. :) )
The Beginning Is The End by Smashing Pumpkins (click to buy it): You probably remember this from the Watchmen trailers. Very appropriate for any dystopian story.
They Don't Care About Us by Michael Jackson (click to buy it): How can a dystopian story about government brutality not have this song? I always liked the Prison version of MJ's music video better. It has so much more impact.
